RSS Readers: Some Alternatives

RSS readers can be standalone software that you install—either on a Mac, a Windows, PC, or your phone. Or they can be web-based—requiring no software installed, where you view your feeds in a browser.

Here’s a complete list of web based RSS Readers. Here’s a selection of alternatives to Google Reader. Wikipedia also has a list.

(In most cases you can import your existing Google Reader feeds, and in some cases you can synchronize—meaning you can keep using Google Reader as well, if you want.)
