Flip: Editing Video on Your Computer

Connect The Flip to a USB port on your computer (best to use the extension cable)

Wait. The Flip will install the necessary drivers automatically.

If the editing software itself does not launch automatically, open My Computer (easiest to find on your Desktop, or hit the Windows key, select Run and type explorer):


And find the drive that Flip is occupying:


Double click that icon and look for the following file in the list:


Double click that and follow the on-screen instructions:


This screen should then appear:


Experiment with the functions available.
