Datamarket: for now Iceland, but plans afoot for more. Check out their visualization of earthquakes in Iceland.

Gapminder famous for Hans Rosling’s motion charts. But he also does stuff with Lego.

Microsoft offers something called Pivot. Explanatory article here.

The World Bank has a good motion chart creator here. If you’re brave, you could try one yourself, using Google docs (make a spreadsheet and then click on Insert, Gadget, Chart and then scroll down to Motion chart. (Click on Help for explanation of what you’ll need to make the motion chart work.)

Tableau Software is a program you can download. Check out some of their resulting charts here.

Protovis is a bit more technical.
